Mechanical engineering

We design and develop mechanical solutions for machines, devices, and technical systems. With an eye for functionality, manufacturability, and reliability, we translate technical challenges into strong engineering concepts and practical designs.

Prototype

A good machine does not start with a drawing, but with understanding the process. What does the machine need to do, under what conditions, and where are the critical points? From that basis, a design emerges that is not only technically sound but also works practically. Consider accessibility for maintenance, smart material choices, and parts that are efficient to produce. Assembly, safety, tolerances, and lifespan are also taken into account early in the design. In this way, a machine is created step by step that is logically structured and functions reliably. Not just on paper, but especially in practice, where downtime, wear, and ease of use make the difference. The result is a technical solution that does what it is intended to do: perform.

System integration

A system only works well when all its components work together logically. Mechanics, controls, electronics, sensors, actuators, and user interaction must form a unified whole. This requires an overview, technical insight, and attention to the interfaces between all parts. It is precisely at these transitions that the greatest risks in a project often arise. By incorporating integration early on, dependencies become visible before they cause problems. Assembly, maintenance, safety, cabling, space utilization, and functional alignment become part of the design. This creates a system that does not feel like a collection of separate components, but rather a single, well-thought-out solution. The result is an installation that functions stably, remains well-organized, and is ready for daily use.

Product development

A good product is created by critically translating ideas into manufacturable technology. This involves not only function, but also use, production, costs, and lifespan. Choices are made in every development phase that influence the final result. Therefore, it is important to consider materials, tolerances, assembly, and scalability early on. A strong design prevents problems later in the process and makes subsequent steps clearer. From concept to detailed engineering, the product evolves into a solution with a clear technical foundation. Creativity is guided by realistic engineering and practical feasibility. In this way, an idea is transformed step by step into a product ready for realization.
